Yukon Forge Design specializes in custom metal fabrication, bespoke furniture design, architectural metalwork, restoration of antique metal pieces, CNC plasma cutting, welding services, powder coating, metal finishing, and furniture installation. All services are subject to availability and specific project agreements.

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations provided by Yukon Forge Design are estimates based on the information available at the time.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on material costs, project complexity, design changes, and unexpected challenges.
  • A detailed project agreement will be provided for all custom work, outlining scope, timelines, and payment schedules.

4. Payment Terms

For custom projects, a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required upfront before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion or as per the agreed-upon payment schedule in the project agreement. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, original concepts, and proprietary methods developed by Yukon Forge Design remain the intellectual property of Yukon Forge Design unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the final product for its intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yukon Forge Design strives for excellence in all our creations. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of unable to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Yukon, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
